フランスのCNRSと福島の共同国際研究所MITATEにて、ゴメス教授が招待講演「能登半島地震の地滑りと水害災害」
2024．2．04・17：00から招待講演が行われる。 Laboratory – MITATE Lab 能登半島地震の地滑りと地盤変化の影響・災害を調べた結果を発表するし、現在のデータから今度の災害規模と種類を理解が出来る。今回、海岸の地盤が上がった問題で河川水害とインフラの影響が複雑になることも説明する。

博士課程D2の大海陸人さん、インドネシアUMSにて火山防災と持続可能な開発に関する招待講演を実施・Rikuto Daikai Invited Speect at UMS on Sustainability and Volcanic Disaster Risks
Rikuto Daikai, one of the PhD student of the laboratory was invited to give a guest speech to an audience of young academics and students in Indonesia on his research on volcanic hazards, as well as the implications for sustainable development. This collaboration further strengthen the relations and work with UMS Indonesia. 研究室の博士課程学生である大開陸人は、インドネシアの若手研究者と学生を対象に、火山災害に関する研究および持続可能な開発への示唆についてゲスト講演を行うよう招待されました。この協力により、インドネシアUMSとの関係と協働がさらに強化されました。

Rikuto Daikai presented his work on the movement of the Unzen dome measured from GBSAR, EDM, LiDAR and drone photogrammetry, while Prof. Gomez presented work on the evolution of the Unzen gullies using LiDAR and SfM-MVS photogrammetry. Both presented in English to an audience from New Zealand, USA, UK, Singapore, Indonesia, the Phillipines, Japan, etc.
